Manor Construction

Knowing that your holiday manor will represent an important investment, we ensure our homes are built to last. Every manor is engineer designed and constructed to meet the most stringent building codes and regulations. In fact, the design components and construction techniques of these homes exceed the standards of conventional ‘site built’ homes. Every detail of craftsmanship– from the structural steel chassis, through to carpets, curtains and light fittings – is inspected throughout construction and the home must pass a series of stringent quality control checks before it leaves the manufacturing plant. Your interests are protected by our seven-year structural guarantee and twelve-month maintenance period.

Our focus in construction is to ensure it’s easy on you, and easy on the environment. By constructing all but the finishing touches off-site, the peaceful resort atmosphere is maintained, whilst being a very efficient and energy-conserving building method.

The first 4 – 6 weeks of building takes place at the factory. Your home is then transported in sections to the resort, where building teams complete the manor to your specification. Within weeks, it is ready for move-in, with nothing left to do but enjoy!
