Middle Rock Holiday Resort strives to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests visiting our holiday park. We ask that you are considerate to others and ensure your campsite or cabin and belongings are tidy and secure at all times.
PARK MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT
to remove, without notice any person(s) who contravene these and other park regulations and/or behave in an offensive or disorderly manner which affects the wellbeing of the park and its users. This may result in charges to the site user.
AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES
For emergencies inside our park, please call (02) 4981 9201. For emergencies in cases relating to police, ambulance, or fire please call 000.
Open 24/7 for your convenience. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Do not flush sanitary items or wet wipes down toilets, and place these items in the bins provided. Please consider others by always leaving these facilities neat and tidy.
All guests have a right to the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of their cabin or camp site. Excessive noise, unruly behaviour, drunkenness, or bad language is not tolerated in our park. Quiet time is 10:00pm - 7:00am.
BICYCLES, SCOOTERS AND ROLLER BLADES
Daylight hours only. Helmets are to be worn at all times. Guests and their visitors are to observe all road rules.
CAR ACCESS SLIDE GATES
Please use your code (for camp sites) or fob key (for cabins) provided, upon entry and exit. Do not tailgate another vehicle, as this may result in damage to your vehicle or our sliding gates.
5km/per hour at all times, roads are one way and management require you drive carefully as pedestrians, (including children) and other vehicles share the roads.
Provision of one car space per site (with the exception of Spa Cabins and 3 Bedroom Townhouses). No parking within 0.5 metres of concreted road edge. Additional vehicles are to be parked either in the visitors car park, or outside the park on the side of the road.
Generators are not permitted for use inside the park at any time.
Solid fuel fires (i.e. wood, coals, heat beads etc.) are not permitted on any site at any time. Winter fire pits are located in designated areas of the park, and opened during the cooler months at Park Management’s discretion. No personal fire pits or braziers are allowed at any time.
Please wash dishes in the sinks provided in the camp kitchen. No dishwashing permitted in the laundry. Cabins- please wash and dry dishes before departing.
CAMP KITCHEN FRIDGES
All food must be bagged and clearly labelled with your name, departure date and campsite number. Any food not bagged and labelled will be thrown out by cleaning staff on a daily basis. Management take no responsibility for theft or binning of food.
Dump point for port-a-loos, motorhomes and caravan toilets is located in the campground adjacent camping amenities. Do not empty these in our amenity blocks.
Only emergency messages will be delivered to your site. All other messages and mail will be held at reception. Guests expecting to receive mail during their stay, must inform reception during office hours. Mailing address: Middle Rock Holiday Resort, 554 Gan Gan Road, One Mile NSW 2316.
Please keep cars and accommodation locked/secured. Park Management does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to property or person, theft or damage of personal possessions.
Pets are not allowed in the park during peak/high seasons, (with the exception of NSW July school holidays) and only on pre-approved campsites. Pets are not allowed inside any cabins (including cabin veranda's), amenity blocks or the camp kitchen, must be on lead and not left unattended at any time. Acceptance of pets (10kgs and under) is at the discretion of Park Management. Failure to comply with our pet owners code of conduct may result in the acceptance of your pet being withdrawn by Park Management.
No refunds will be provided for shortened stays in our cabins or camp sites, and this includes inclement weather. For further information regarding our Terms and Conditions, click here
The rubbish stations are located at the campground and main amenities. Please assist staff by having your rubbish securely wrapped and placed in the marked bins provided.
Park recreational areas, buildings, cabin accommodation, amenity blocks and camp kitchen are strictly non-smoking areas.
RESORT POOL COMPLEX
Hours: 8:00am - 8:00pm. Children 12 years and under must be supervised at all times. Licensed area- no BYO food, drinks/alcohol, and no glass of any kind (bottles of water permitted). No eskies, coolers, scooters, bicycles, or roller blades etc. allowed inside the area. No smoking. No lifeguard on duty.
We welcome family and friends wanting to visit, they must sign in and out at Reception, and park their vehicles in the visitors car park or outside the park. Guests are responsible for their visitors behaviour, and fees apply to all visitors wanting to use the park facilities.
To help us conserve this precious resource, please use water wisely and observe signage for bore water. External hoses and taps are not permitted for use inside the park during your stay. Please contact reception should you require to wash any vehicles, jet skis or boats.
CLEANING BOATS/JET SKIS
The washing of boats, jet skis, boat/jet ski trailers or vehicles to remove salt, sand or fish guts is not permitted inside our park at any time.
